I have had many requests to help people learn how to manage and heal from anxiety issues. Our bodies have the wisdom to heal. This three hour workshop will provide strategies that have helped many people reduce, manage and recover from anxiety . This workshop will empower you to learn to heal yourself. You will come away with specific tools to use to increase your joy and vitality. It is your birthright to feel and function at your best.
While these strategies can be extremely effective, they should in no way replace any current treatment you and your health care provider have agreed to use.
